01

Suno V5.5 songs, ElevenLabs music, voiceover and sound from one prompt box

02

Sits alongside the video models, so score and picture stay in one workspace

03

Generated audio you can use in your own videos, ads and podcasts

04

One credit balance shared with image, video and chat

01

Music, voice and sound in one workspace

Generated video usually arrives silent, which means a second tool, a second subscription, and a round trip every time the edit changes. Unify includes Suno V5.5 for full songs and ElevenLabs for music and voice in the same workspace as the video and image models, on the same credit balance. Generate the shot, generate the score, and put them together without exporting to a third service. For anything with narration — an explainer, an ad, a product demo — you can produce the voiceover next to the picture instead of booking it separately.

02

How to describe a track

Music prompts work like image prompts: specificity is everything. Name the genre, then the instrumentation, then the tempo in BPM, then the mood, and finally the structural requirement. "Happy music" returns the model's average happy music. "Uplifting modern pop instrumental, bright plucked synth, four-on-the-floor kick entering at eight seconds, builds to a stop at thirty seconds for a voiceover tag" returns something you can actually cut to. If the track has to sit under dialogue, say so — asking for a sparse arrangement with space in the mid-range gets you a bed that does not fight the voice.

03

Scoring generated video

The practical workflow is picture first, then sound. Lock your shots, note the timings you need to hit, then describe the track around them: where it should build, where it should drop out, how long it runs. Because Veo 3.1 already generates native audio with its footage, decide early whether a shot carries its own diegetic sound or whether you are scoring the whole sequence — layering a generated score over generated ambience can get muddy. For podcasts and ads, generate the voiceover first and score around the read.

Prompt starters

Start specific. Then make it yours.

Background score

01

Warm lo-fi hip hop, soft Rhodes chord loop, brushed drums, upright bass, vinyl crackle, 80 BPM, relaxed and unobtrusive, loops cleanly for a two-minute video.

Ad bed

02

Uplifting modern pop instrumental, bright plucked synth, four-on-the-floor kick entering at eight seconds, confident and clean, builds to a stop at thirty seconds for a voiceover tag.

Good to know

Clear limits. Better decisions.

  • Describe genre, instrumentation, tempo and mood — a one-word prompt returns a generic bed.
  • Check the licence terms for your intended use before publishing commercially.

Frequently asked questions

Can I generate AI music for free?

Yes. New accounts include free credits with no card required, enough to generate several tracks and find a direction before choosing a plan.

Can I use generated music in my own videos?

Generated audio is intended for use in your own projects, including video, podcasts and ads. Check the current licence terms for your specific commercial use before publishing.

Can I generate a voiceover as well as music?

Yes. ElevenLabs covers voice alongside music, while Suno V5.5 handles complete songs and vocal tracks. Narration and score can be produced beside the video they belong to.

How do I get a track that loops cleanly?

Ask for it explicitly in the prompt, and state the length you need. Mentioning that the track sits under dialogue also helps — it produces a sparser arrangement that leaves room for a voice.
