Credits are the main cost unit for generating media. Each image, video, or animation model uses a specific number of credits depending on the model, duration, resolution, and other settings.

Credits granted by every monthly and annual subscription plan are valid for one month from the date they are granted.

Unused credits remain available until their own expiry date. A new credit cycle does not extend that date.

Monthly plans refresh credits on the billing anniversary. Annual plans also receive a monthly allocation, based on the subscription start date, rather than all credits at once. New credits are added automatically while the subscription remains eligible for recurring grants; cancellation stops future grants.

Yes. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing cycle. You can cancel future renewals anytime from your account's billing settings. Paid credits already granted remain usable until their existing expiry dates. Cancellation stops future credit grants and ends Unlimited access.

It depends on your plan and the models you use. Each plan includes an approximate number of generations per month. Check the pricing table for model-specific details; duration, resolution, and other settings can change the final credit cost.

You can upgrade your plan for a higher monthly allocation or buy credit packs without changing your subscription. Purchased credits are added after payment is confirmed, can be used across supported models, and remain valid for two months from purchase.

Unlimited lets you generate without spending credits on the supported models and settings included in your plan, during the included access window. Availability, resolution, duration, and access length depend on your plan.

• System stability: Unlimited uses a dedicated queue with limits on active jobs to keep the service reliable. During periods of high demand, generation speeds may vary.
• Credit Mode: Turn off Unlimited to use credits and the priority generation queue.
• Fair use: Unlimited is for personal, human use. Automated use, credential sharing, and reselling access are prohibited.
• Account review: Unusual activity may lead to a temporary pause while our support team reviews the account. Access may be restored once normal usage is confirmed.

Yes. You can upgrade at any time. After payment is confirmed, your new plan takes effect and any additional credits are calculated for the remaining portion of the current credit cycle. Credits already granted keep their existing expiry dates. To move to a lower plan, cancel renewal and choose the lower plan after your current subscription ends.
